- Vehicle Exhibitor tickets are FREE.
- Exhibitors are also entitled to ONE guest ticket. Further guest tickets will need to be purchased.
- Everyone on site will require a valid ticket for the event. All tickets will be scanned upon entry.
- Exhibitor arrival and departure times will be confirmed closer to the event but will be approximately: Arrivals 7-9am / Departure 5.30-6pm.
- There is strictly no vehicle movement permitted during the live event hours. If you know you will need to leave before departure time, please mention this clearly on your exhibitor application or email bangersandcashlive.co.uk.
- No refuelling or mechanical works to take place during the event.
- Gazebos / banners or similar are permitted provided this is agreed with the organisers – we will require the necessary safety measures are in place for this and will confirm suitable locations.
- Only pre-booked camping, for Exhibitors and guests only, are permitted for overnight stays within the showground areas (see below to book camping separately)
- Drink Driving will not be tolerated – drunk drivers will have keys confiscated and the Police notified.
- No BBQs /campfires or similar within the showground area
- In the event of vehicle breakdown please notify a steward or security.
